I have generally found that privately/family-owned funeral establishments out perform their corporate counterparts.  It's easy to understand why when you consider a family firm's reputation is tied to an individual.  Take that same scenario and apply it to a family vs a corporate owned Professional Vehicle Manufacturer... and now you know why reputation and quality of a Kellerman built vehicle is tied to an individual family member.  Why do 'I' like representing the Kellerman line?  Aside from working with a great family, I never have to look over my shoulder concerning my clients.
